WYO Camper Rentals Waiver and Damage Agreement
This Camper Rental Waiver Agreement is entered into as of the date signed below by and between:
Don Foote, Jr. and Annie Mollica, AKA WYO Camper Rentals, and (Renter), AKA the customer name on the credit card, making the purchase.
Camper Information: Sunset Sport 16BH White Camper
Security Deposit: $750.00 (refundable if no damage or excessive cleaning is required)
Cleaning Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Two-night minimum.
All campers are strictly NON-SMOKING.
This includes the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, or vaping. Smoking inside a unit will result in an additional deep cleaning and remediation fee of $500
NO FESTIVALS
The minimum age for a renter is 25 years.
Condition and Inspection:
Renter acknowledges that the camper has been inspected and is being delivered in clean and operable condition.
Renter agrees to return the camper in the same condition (excluding normal use)
The renter is responsible for dumping/emptying both the black and grey tanks at an RV dump station before returning. If not, a $150.00 fee will be charged.
Use Restrictions:
No smoking inside the camper!
No pets unless pre-approved
Can not exceed occupancy limit of 2 adults & 1 child
Do not drive or tow the camper without an appropriate license and experience (if applicable)
No use of the camper for illegal purposes
Damage, Liability and Repairs:
-Renter is responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or excessive wear and tear during the rental period
-Owner may deduct costs for repairs, cleaning, or missing items from the security deposit
-Renter must report any damage or issues immediately, and photos must be taken within 24 hours to submit for an insurance claim
Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the camper, including injuries or accidents.
Governing Law:-This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming
Acknowledgment:
By signing and/or clicking “I accept the terms and conditions option,” the Renter agrees to all terms and acknowledges full responsibility for the camper during the rental period.
